Player prop

A player prop is a type of proposition bet on the stats or achievements of an individual player in a given match. Player props are often driven by public interest and perception. Common examples include individual totals for how many points, goals, or hits a player will record.

Player Prop Limits

Betting limits for player props are often much lower compared to standard markets. This can be attributed to smaller betting traffic and increased market variance making it difficult for oddsmakers to set sharp lines. This is often further countered by increasing the vig for player props.
