History

El Moro Finances acquired Cyberoad assets on June 20th, 2000 following the company's closure.[1] The software company's betting systems were allocated to eSportz who continued distribution to sportsbooks previously partnered with Cyberoad including The Big Book.

Shortly after the acquisition eSportz created their own betting site Bodog.
